  • Stay current on technological advancements within the clinic and the broader longevity, wellness, and precision medicine fields.
  • Document patient care thoroughly and accurately, including findings, treatment updates, diagnoses, medications, medical reports, and follow-up notes.
  • Manage patient communication, including written correspondence, telemedicine follow-ups, lab result reviews, and responses to patient questions and concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in weekly clinical rounds and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment.
  • Support staff education by sharing clinical information, learning opportunities, and best practices.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
  • Ensure all patient care is delivered in accordance with HIPAA requirements and applicable federal, state, local, and professional standards.
  • Remain current on relevant legislation, clinical standards, and professional requirements.
  • Participate in continuing education, professional development, and CME opportunities.
  • Be available for on-call support as needed.
  • Travel to satellite offices and CME conferences as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in endocrinology, internal medicine, functional medicine, longevity medicine, or precision health is a plus.
  • Current state license and graduation from an accredited PA program.
  • Board certification required.
  • BCLS training preferred.
  • Strong clinical intuition and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with patients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Polished, professional, and courteous demeanor.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with patients with patience, empathy, discretion, and clarity.
